FOR THE RECIPIENT
The recipient receives a personalized E-GIFT email with a 16 digit redemption code.
Recipient while viewing email, click the VIEW YOUR E-GIFT CARD BUTTON, option to include their phone number, so they can redeem their gift using their phone number, email, or redemption code.
Janise will contact the recipient, review the gift, and collects detailed information in order to create the desired keepsake. Arranges are made to obtain any personal items to be included and sometimes skype or personal meetings are arranged.
